Little Teal and White Wedding Cake

I had a friend ask me to make a small wedding cake for her.  I love the way it turned out!

Confetti Cake with Vanilla Butter Cream and covered in fondant.  

The Bride sent me a picture of it cut into.  Yum!

Sweet Tea Cakes in a Jar

My friend LOVES McDonald's Sweet Tea!  So what else should I make her on her birthday, but cake made from the stuff!  Yes, I used sweet tea in the cake and frosting!  De-lish!  Frosting injected all the way down the middle, topped with sugar "ice" and a fondant lemon.  =)

Giant Cupcake Cake

Jace was born premature at 1 lb 4 oz and given only 4 months to live, but God had a bigger plan in mind.  What an honor to get to make this cake for him in celebration of his 1st Birthday!!!
