I was asked to make a cake for a smash cake photo shoot.  I can't wait to see photos of the little girl smashing into it!

Chocolate cake with butter cream.  Fondant 'wrapper' and Hello Kitty, gum-paste number.

I had the privilege to make a homecoming cake for a great friend of mine, whose soldier returned from Afghanistan yesterday!  They got to enjoy this cake together in his first day of being home!  That was a request of his, and that means a lot to me!  Welcome home Nick!

Red Velvet Cupcakes

I love making Red Velvet Cake!   It's probably one of my favorites.

I always "inject" some kind of filling/frosting inside my cupcakes.  That's the best part, right?  These had cream cheese frosting in them!  Mmmmmmmm.

We got to surprise our friend for her birthday the other day and I brought these cake pops to help celebrate.  =)  Made one for each of us!
